![]() Though it may have seemed like Zordon was put into exactly the position he belonged, his place as Supreme Guardian would see him come into direct conflict with Rita Repulsa. ![]() Zordon was thrust into the position of Supreme Guardian while his former mentor seethed in an anguish. It wasn't until Zophram was nearly killed as part of someone else's scheme that things took a turn for the worse. Under the guidance of the Supreme Guardian Zophram and the Silver Guardian Zartus, Zordon traversed the cosmos in search of new worlds to document and keep watch over. Thousands of years before he was reduced to the giant floating head that Power Rangers fans know and love, Zordon was one of the Guardians of Eltar. Unfortunately, it seems as though that isn't an option, although it looks like their differences have only made both Zordon and Vessel stronger than ever. After felling the Rangers inside, Vessel is able to confront Zordon face-to-face in the hopes of reuniting with the consciousness that his physical form once hosted. Soon enough, It has reached the Rangers' Command Center where his true target and former other half awaits. Although him being given the chance to simply walk away from all of them absolutely is.Īmidst their battles with the likes of a twisted Green Ranger, the heroes of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #108 (by Melissa Flores, Simone Di Gianfelice, Raúl Angulo, and Ed Dukeshire) take no notice of the Vessel walking silently through the fray. Of course, this isn't all that surprising considering his origins. While each of them have proven to be menacing, none have been as the ominous being known only as Vessel.
